We develop prime assets and manage them sensibly. Our goal is to make the Palm Springs a better place. We reinvent ourselves as our tenants evolve.
The real estate industry is constantly changing and what makes Grit different is our history. JW, the founder took concentrated bets and this philosophy continues; once we have decided on our vision we go “all in”. The most important asset in our company culture is that everyone has a voice at the table.
Our mission is based on three R’s:
Our collaborative culture encourages a broad dialogue, and diversity of opinion.
We care about the curiosity and what matters most to others in our community. Grit Development believes in shared leadership, a forward way of running the business of the future. There is much to learn from others thoughts, opinions, and disagreements. Overall, resulting in the best possible outcome.
Many people believe in “Build it, and they will come.” It may be a cute idea for a fantasy baseball field (Movie: Field of Dreams), but it’s certainly not the new reality in the competitive environment of great real estate projects.
