Grit Development, opened the new Downtown Palm Springs experience in late 2017. Our development history dates back to 1980. Today, Michael Braun and Octavio Fernandez serve as the key leaders managing the Palm Springs downtown projects and the company’s future endeavors.
Over 40 years, the founder built a well diversified Real Estate portfolio. He accumulated key land holdings in the Coachella Valley for future development. Today Grit Development’s real estate portfolio consists of shopping centers, hotels, and multi-family residential.
